Santa Fe College Building N — Classroom Modernization

Four classrooms consolidated into two modern, technology-enabled learning spaces of 900+ SF each.

Project overview

Modernized classroom with new lighting and presentation technology

Progresíve provided electrical design for the renovation and consolidation of four classrooms into two larger instructional spaces, including power distribution, lighting and controls optimized for learning, telecommunications and data, and audiovisual and education-technology integration.

Because color temperature affects how people feel, all classroom lighting was specified at 4000K to keep students energized and focused. Existing masonry walls posed wiring challenges that strategic routing overcame, and flexible power and data infrastructure supports smart boards, projection, and powered desks.

Highlights

  • Smart board and projection infrastructure
