Styven, graduated from both Sante Fe College and The University of Florida with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Recently he earned a CAD Technician certification from Seminole State College. Styven brings years of experience in the MEP consulting industry making him a skilled designer and BIM modeler. Clients always note his natural gift for project management as he consistently ensures their needs are documented & reflected on designs.

On a personal level, Styven has a close relationship with his family in Colombia. He is fluent in both English & Spanish, which has helped reduce miscommunication with select clients. On his time off, he enjoys working out, exploring the outdoors, visiting Universal Studios, and spending time with friends.

Cameron is a graduate from Santa Fe College with a degree Biomedical Sciences. He brings years of experience working on biomedical devices, hospital infrastructure, and IT network infrastructure throughout the United States as a contracted biomedical field service engineer. Before Progresíve, Cameron was working on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic and has completed crisis projects for the CDC. Cameron is an extremely caring and good hearted person who watches over his family. His love for the Earth inspired him to be vegan and he enjoys making vegan meals for friends and family. Cameron enjoys playing board games, video games, and spending quality time with family and friends.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. He went on to proudly serve in the United States Navy, where he developed a strong sense of determination, discipline, and a relentless drive to achieve his goals. He is motivated by a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those around him and to contribute to the community in meaningful ways. John loves spending time with family and friends, as well as playing golf, mountain biking, and reading. He currently holds an EIT certification and is diligently working towards obtaining his PE license.

Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer who also has a Music Degree from the University of Florida. Michael brings years of experience in the consulting industry and has been trained by some of the best Engineers in Gainesville, FL. As a teammate Michael brings passion and patience necessary to teach and uplift others.

Outside of work, Michael's enjoys traveling, with a mixture of hiking and embracing the culture of countries or areas visited. Aside from traveling, his after hours activities typically include supporting local small businesses through bonding activities with family and friends, relaxing at home with his partner Kasia and their pets, binge watching TV series, and working on home improvement projects. Michael is always open to discuss not only work-related subjects but also questions about travel and home improvement projects.
