Project overview

Progresíve Engineering evaluated more than 450 pieces of electrical equipment — switchgear, panels, MCCs, generators, and ATSs — along with power, lighting, and life-safety systems including emergency and egress lighting across all seven levels of an actively operating arena.
The assessment was completed on an expedited timeline and scheduled around the arena’s event calendar. Field conditions were verified against record drawings, and deficiencies affecting safety, reliability, and code compliance were documented in a 100+ page report with clear, actionable repair-versus-replacement alternatives that supported the owner’s capital planning.
