Project overview
Progresíve helped the owners transform a 10,000+ SF residence and multiple farm buildings into a sustainable, futuristic estate — including smart home automation for lighting and audio, advanced bathroom technology, TV mirrors, EV chargers, a 60 kW solar system, and a battery energy storage system (BESS).
The work extended to microgrid planning, geothermal HVAC coordination, exterior site lighting, and 3D modeling. The electrical plans were approved on first submission.
